with 3D scanners
As a longstanding exhibitor at Control Messe in Stuttgart, Kreon Technologies proudly returned for the 37th Control trade fair to present its cutting-edge 3D measurement technologies. From May 6 to 9, 2025, Hall 3, stand 3401, was the place to be for visitors seeking high-performance solutions in 3D scanning, probing and metrology software.
This year, Kreon exhibited a wide range of its solutions across three interactive workshops:
At the booth, the Onyx and Ace+ measuring arms, combined with Skyline Xtra Wide and Eyes scanners, demonstrated their versatility in both contact (probing) and non-contact (3D scanning) measurement. From fast scanning of large surfaces to capturing intricate details, these configurations showcased high precision, speed and adaptability across a wide range of parts and materials.
The CMM workshops featured the integration of advanced Zephyr III 300 and Zephyr III 50 scanners on a CMM machine, illustrating the extraordinary productive combination of high-performance scanners with automated workflows. The versatility of Kreon Zephyr III scanners was illustrated by a seamless integration with Wenzel and Coord3 CMMs with Polyworks and MetrologX4 metrology software.
Zenith 25.0.0 introduces new features helping users achieve their goals more easily and efficiently. The updated coordinate system is more intuitive and flexible, allowing users to easily create and switch systems.
A new CAD filter for point clouds automatically removes points that are too far from the aligned CAD, resulting in cleaner, faster and more accurate measurements.
Additional enhancements include a 3D manage view feature to save camera positions and item visibility.
Kreon Technologies extends its heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to a successful event. We are grateful to Duwe 3D AG for showcasing the Kreon arm with the Skyline scanner, highlighting the strength of our technology in real-world applications and reinforcing our strong industry collaborations.
Our sincere thanks also go to WENZEL and Coord3 for their valued support in installing their CMM machines at our stand.
Kreon warmly welcomed all visitors to its stand, offering hands-on demonstrations of the full range of products designed to meet diverse metrology needs. Beyond showcasing technology, the Kreon team provided expert guidance on the metrology applications requirements of their visitors and effectively addressed their manufacturing challenges.
Kreon continues to evolve its solutions to meet the challenges of modern Industry 4.0. Whether it’s automotive, aerospace or general manufacturing, the company remains committed to delivering the precision tools needed for the future of metrology.
